Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details. 

Delivery Time 

The average delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods or due to customs procedures. 

Shipping Method and Origin 

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. As a result, customs charges may apply, depending on the country of delivery. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. These depend on the weight, destination and chosen shipping method. 

Responsibility for Delivery 

- Once the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer. 

- Please check your address carefully; any errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.
